Sports Coach

Job Summary

Our Sports Coach roles are an exciting new addition to our Tall Tree career pathways. We aim to develop children's skills through a holistic approach and believe that adding regular sports to our children's ongoing curriculum is a great opportunity to foster life skills including confidence, resilience, teamwork and a life of movement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sports programs tailored to children's developmental stages
• Teach fundamental sports skills and techniques
• Encourage participation and enjoyment in physical activities
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to integrate sports into the curriculum
• Assess and provide feedback on children's progress

Requirements

• Coaching qualifications or equivalent experience
• Experience teaching and/or playing sports to children
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Passion for promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyles

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (preferred)
• Teaching certification or equivalent (preferred)

Pay

Salary range: $X per hour - $Y per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Schedule

Hours vary based on role and location, typically 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
