Sports and Recreation Associate

About the Role

We're seeking a Sports and Recreation Associate to join our team, focusing on developing, driving, and promoting league participation and expanding sports programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, drive, and promote league participation.
• Facilitate youth sports programs, including distributing and collecting registration forms, creating and distributing league rules, forming teams, refereeing games, and preparing/maintaining fields.
• Expand and offer more leagues.
• Supervise and monitor exercise participants.
• Perform administrative tasks associated with facility operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Current CPR/AED & First Aid certification.

Pay

The compensation for this position ranges from $15.00/hour to $19.00/hour, dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications, work experience, and other business needs.
