Sport Site Supervisor

About the role

Under the direction of the Sports Director/Senior Program Director, the Event Staff / Sport Site Supervisor will ensure a quality experience and a positive environment by providing remarkable member experiences for Youth Sports.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down all event equipment and/or spaces.
• Ensure all events start and end on time, as scheduled.
• Maintain the safety and security of the facility for all participants.
• Ensure facility cleanliness at all times.
• Assist in traffic and crowd control during events.
• Report any facility or equipment irregularities, unsafe conditions, or feedback to supervisor in writing.
• Follow and enforce all YMCA policies, rules, regulations, and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures.
• Report all incidents/accidents on the appropriate form and provide to supervisor within 24 hours of the event.
• Attend all required training sessions and scheduled meetings.
• Maintain prompt hours and follow established procedures for absences.
• Support Strong Community Campaign fundraising.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
