Online Training: Access to i9 Sports University and coordinator certification tools.
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple sport stations simultaneously, ensuring coaches are following the curriculum and games are starting on time.
- Act as a resource for volunteer coaches, providing tips on drills, sportsmanship, and player engagement.
- Manage equipment setup/breakdown and ensure the fields/courts are safe and organized.
- Drive the atmosphere! Lead the halftime sportsmanship medals and engage with parents to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Address on-field questions from parents or coaches with professionalism and a "can-do" attitude.
Requirements
- General knowledge of various youth sports (Lacrosse, Soccer, Flag Football, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the "command" to manage large groups of children and adults.
- A self-starter who can juggle multiple tasks and pivot quickly if weather or schedules change.
