Training & Development

• Excellent verbal skills and the ability to interact professionally with parents and children.
• Strong understanding and experience in coaching, officiating, or playing multiple sports (Flag Football, Soccer, Basketball, etc.).
• A motivated self-starter who can solve problems independently and take charge in various situations across different sporting environments.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and some evenings, for the duration of the 6-week season.
• Constant awareness of the environment to ensure the physical and emotional safety of all players.
• Manage and coordinate multiple youth sports programs simultaneously with a focus on fairness, safety, and teaching the rules.
• Empower volunteer coaches to lead effective practice sessions and demonstrate core fundamental skills.
• Teach and model i9 Sports’ core values and sportsmanship principles to all participants.
• Supervise the overall operation of your designated sports, ensuring fields/courts are set up properly and games run smoothly and on time.

• Provide superior service to parents and players, maintaining a positive and approachable attitude at all times.
