Responsibilities

  • Support the Sponsorship Monetization Director in maintaining sponsorship planning trackers and content calendars.
  • Support sponsorship packaging strategies and identify priority monetization opportunities.
  • Capture and analyze marketplace insights related to evergreen packaging strategies and sales opportunities.
  • Produce sales activity reports and readouts aligned with quarterly priorities.
  • Maintain resource materials that support Sales and Client Solutions teams in responding to RFPs.
  • Serve as the point of contact for aggregation of cross-channel and convergent opportunity requests.
  • Scope revenue potential and apply packaging frameworks to sponsorship opportunities.
  • Track and report sponsorship and revenue performance metrics.
  • Support packaging strategy development for tentpole opportunities and premiere campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, client solutions, and monetization teams.
  • Maintain organized documentation, tracking systems, and reporting materials.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree from a 4-year university or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales Planning, Client Services, or related roles.
  • Familiarity with the advertising sales industry.
  • Experience using Salesforce and OperativeOne.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with deck building, data tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with executives and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to prioritize short-term and long-term objectives effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive work style.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within team environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
