SPOC Default Resolution Analyst I

Responsibilities

• Process internal departments’ requests for information and research from clients and customers
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Client Relations) on behalf of the Default Operations team
• Track, resolve, and ensure proper client complaint handling by logging in the appropriate system, documenting a detailed explanation of the issue/resolution, and correctly routing for reporting purposes
• Research issues and questions by contacting law firms, county offices, and supporting vendors to obtain information for resolution
• Respond to requests according to departmental guidelines and procedures
• Process internal tracking system updates
• Escalate critical issues to leadership and follow through to resolution
• Locate missing documents
• Provide feedback to enhance processes using knowledge gained through research

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to use Microsoft Office products/applications
• Manage time and priorities wisely
• Grasp concepts quickly, make sound decisions, and resolve issues
• Adapt to frequently changing processes and procedures
• Work in a high-volume and time-sensitive environment
• Work independently with minimal direction and effectively meet deadlines
• Collaborate with peers in a team environment to attain common goals
• Analytical and mathematical ability sufficient to identify potential loan issues
• Communicate effectively in writing, in person, and by telephone
• Maintain strict confidentiality

Pay

Compensation Range: $16.54-$24.71 hourly. Actual compensation may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including qualifications, skills and experience.

Schedule

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Ability to attend work and be productive during normal business hours and to work early, late or weekend hours as needed for successful job performance. Over time required as necessary.
