About the role

The role requires a candidate with a strong commitment to operational excellence, technical proficiency in deploying and managing cybersecurity technologies like Trend Micro Antivirus, RSA SecureID, and Splunk.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage new cybersecurity technologies such as Cyberark, Tenable, and other products.
  • Assist in upgrading existing infrastructure to support applications and cybersecurity growth.
  • Create and maintain documentation and procedures for day-to-day and major tasks.
  • Determine and propose suggested architectures for system deployments.
  • Communicate and collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders during the deployment of technology.
  • Configure and set up systems as needed.
  • Create and distribute training materials for the use of new systems.
  • Patch and maintain technology to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Flexibility to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to lift and transport server equipment when necessary.
  • Willingness to provide off-hour, on-call support for cybersecurity systems.
  • Able to work overtime and be flexible with work hours.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Trend Micro Antivirus, RSA SecureID, and Splunk.
  • Ability to lift and transport server equipment.
  • Experience with Cyberark, Tenable, and other cybersecurity technologies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to produce design and procedural documentation.
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in an environment requiring occasional travel to various company locations.
  • Valid driver’s license.
