Job Description

The ideal candidate is well organized, detail-oriented, flexible to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines with a safety mindset. This individual must also exercise good judgment and render sound business decisions. The applicant should possess strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to produce design and procedural documentation.

  • Must have the ability to lift/transport server equipment when needed.
  • Must be able to provide off-hour, on-call support as needed to support cybersecurity systems.
  • Must be willing and able to work overtime and be flexible with work hours to respond to emergencies or scheduled work that must be done either prior to or after normal business hours.
  • Must have the means and be able to travel to various Company locations.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Work with others to implement new deployments of cybersecurity technologies such as CyberArk, Tenable, and other products.
  • Assist with other upgrade efforts on existing infrastructure equipment to support applications and cybersecurity growth.
  • Create documentation and procedures for day-to-day and major tasks as needed.
  • Determine and propose suggested architecture for system deployments.
  • Communicate and work with vendors and internal stakeholders on deployment of technology.
  • Configure and setup systems.
  • Create documentation and train others on the use of the new systems.
  • Patch and maintain technology.

Requirements

  • Experience with Trend Micro Antivirus and RSA SecurID.
  • Onsite 5 days per week.
  • Video interview then in person.
  • Must be local to NYC, NY.

Qualifications

  • Technical proficiency in deploying or managing cybersecurity technologies such as Trend Micro Antivirus, RSA SecureID, and Splunk.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to produce design and procedural documentation.
  • Ability to lift/transport server equipment when needed.
  • Ability to provide off-hour, on-call support as needed to support cybersecurity systems.
  • Willingness and ability to work overtime and be flexible with work hours.

Benefits

  • Post-COVID working arrangements will require reporting to office locations a minimum of four days a week.
  • Selected candidate will require passing of NERC CIP Personnel Risk Assessment background check.
