Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for coordination of pastoral support services to patients and families.
• Provides direct pastoral services to patients and families.
• Coordinates spiritual support with requested religious affiliations for patients and families.
• Completes and prepares documentation from clinical contacts and patients.
• Inputs clinical data into MISYS database.
• Maintains updated intake reports.
• Knowledge of and ability to perform Islamic End of Life ministry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's diploma from an accredited college
• Divinity Degree required
• Minimum of one year experience post graduate in a healthcare setting
• Word and Excel
• Valid New York State Drivers license preferred
