Spine Physician Assistant

Orthopedic Spine Surgery APP (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) Provide comprehensive patient care for an orthopedic spine surgery team, including outpatient consultations and postoperative management across assigned clinical locations. Serve as a first assistant in the operating room alongside a spine surgeon. Key Responsibilities Assess patients, evaluate symptoms, and support diagnostic and treatment planningDeliver postoperative follow-up care, monitor recovery, and manage common complicationsCollaborate with the orthopedic spine surgeon and multidisciplinary teamProvide surgical support as a first assistant in the ORMaintain accurate clinical documentation and patient communication Qualifications & Skills Current licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse PractitionerStrong clinical skills in musculoskeletal/spine care and perioperative patient managementAbility to work effectively in both outpatient and surgical settingsExcellent teamwork, communication, and patient-focused care
