Responsibilities
- Lead engaging Spin/Cycle classes that motivate and entertain participants
- Provide personalized feedback and support to help members achieve their fitness goals
- Adapt to different teaching styles and formats to meet the needs of various groups
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
- Participate in in-house training sessions and certifications
Requirements
- Enthusiastic and contagious energy
- Highly motivated and eager to learn new formats
- Reliable and organized
- Dynamic and team-oriented personality
- Experience preferred, but open to training
- CPR certified
Qualifications
- Passionate about health and fitness
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
