Spin/Cycle Instructor

About the role

Join one of the fastest-growing gyms in the fitness industry. As a Spin/Cycle Instructor at Crunch, you'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to making fitness fun and accessible.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy Spin/Cycle classes that motivate and engage participants
• Ensure all classes adhere to safety guidelines and equipment maintenance
• Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive class atmosphere
• Train and assist new instructors as needed
• Adapt to various teaching formats and styles

Requirements

• Highly motivated and enthusiastic about fitness
• Spin/Cycle certified and CPR certified
• Experience in fitness instruction is preferred, but training will be provided
• Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively with other instructors and staff

Qualifications

• Passionate about health and fitness
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
• Strong organizational skills
• Flexible schedule to accommodate morning, evening, and weekend classes
