SPG/MBS Operations
Responsibilities
- Handle any Front Office requests such as booking Broker trades, booking Megas/Supers/Platinums and correcting trades.
- Check and reconcile automated morning report to confirm positions are correct.
- Send trade-recap to customer clients and request for allocations.
- Confirm trades flow to and match on CTM and subaccounts are accurately allocated.
- Prepare positions, allocate open tabs and pair off pools during Class A through C 48-hour periods in MBSE.
- Screen MBSE for EPN messages and pool changes throughout the month.
- Monitor TRACE Reporting. Action any updates to factors in MUFG’s systems.
- Monitor Impact - Check TUR and SUR for trade entry exceptions.
- Handle any queries from Settlements or P&SLiaise between Front Office and Settlements & P&S
- Resolve any open items that arise from factor updates with clients.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
Qualifications
The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with financial industry regulations are also essential.

Pay
The typical base pay range for this role is between $77K - $85K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonuses and/or incentive compensation.
Schedule
The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day.
