Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to patients in a home health setting.
• Maintain focus on patient care while administrative tasks are handled by support teams.
• Utilize AI‑assisted documentation technology to reduce charting time and after‑hours paperwork.
• Leverage AI‑assisted route planning and territory management to minimize unnecessary drive time.
• Coordinate with the dedicated scheduling team for visit organization and with clinical coordination for physician communication, orders, and follow‑up.
• Work with authorization and DME support to ensure needed equipment and approvals are in place.
• Ensure timely documentation and follow‑up, supported by 24‑hour clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Active California Speech Therapist License
• Valid driver's license
• Home health experience preferred, but not required

Pay

Estimated annual base earnings: $125,000‑$146,000 ($60.09‑$70.19 per hour). Guaranteed full‑time pay; any additional time worked is paid, and if you finish early your guaranteed daily pay remains the same.

Schedule

Full‑time position designed to fit into an 8‑hour workday, with guaranteed daily pay regardless of early completion.
