Speech Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist - SLP - ST (Per Diem)

About the role

The position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in West Boylston, MA. Once hired as part of the PTS team, you may join as many of our other local PRN rosters as you wish.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Document services accurately and timely using electronic documentation systems
• Adhere to professional standards and maintain confidentiality of patient information

Requirements

• Possess a current Speech Language Pathologist (ST / SLP), license or be license eligible to practice in the state
• Be licensed eligible to practice in the state
• Have strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Show good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Maintain a valid CPR certification

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
• Current SLP license or license eligibility in Massachusetts
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or sub-acute setting preferred

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Good Faith Rate Range: $50.00 - $55.00
