Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients in an Assisted Living Community
• Communicates with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral or Master's degree in Speech Therapy
• Bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy is acceptable for new graduates
• Experience as a Speech Therapist is preferred
• Actively licensed as a FL Speech Therapist

Pay

$90-200 per evaluation
