Speech Therapist (SLP) Crystal River, FL 34428- ALF Setting - PRN

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients in an Assisted Living Community
• Communicates with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral or Master’s degree in Speech Therapy
• Education and/or Experience: New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists
• Actively Licensed as a FL Speech Therapist

Pay

• $90-200 per evaluation
