Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)/Speech Therapist to provide services to our geriatric patients in the St. Augustine, FL area. We specialize in helping older adults maintain their independence, improve their quality of life, and age in place with dignity. Pay

• $90–$200 per evaluation/treatment (varies by patient medical needs and settings)

• PRN flexibility – create your own schedule
• No driving from home to home – treat patients in one location

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in assisted living and/or home settings
• Communicate with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Complete accurate, thorough daily documentation in the EMR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Speech Therapy
• Active Florida SLP license
• New graduates and experienced therapists are welcome
