Responsibilities

• Help patients regain communication and swallowing abilities by designing and executing personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Deliver effective and efficient rehab services, addressing the whole patient as an individual.
• Restore, reinforce, and enhance speech and communication abilities through tailored programs.
• Adapt to patient needs and work in varied settings, managing daily tasks such as equipment maintenance and reporting.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
• Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders, or a similarly-titled area acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
• Licensed, certified, or credentialed as required in the state of practice.

Pay

Posted Salary Range: USD $41.80 - USD $55.00 per hour.

Retention Bonus: USD $20,000.00.

New Grads: Eligible participants in the Power$TART Program may receive an additional $50,000 stipend paid over 5 years (eligibility requirements and program terms apply).
