About The Role
As a Speech Therapist (SLP) at ChildWise ABA, you will:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to children with autism and developmental delays
- Complete evaluations, create treatment plans, and document according to state and insurance standards
- Collaborate closely with BCBAs, RBTs, families, and other clinicians
- Participate in team meetings to support coordinated care
- Offer parent training and communicate progress regularly
This role is ideal for a Speech Therapist (SLP) who enjoys a supportive, interdisciplinary environment and flexible scheduling.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Ohio Speech Therapist (SLP) license (or eligibility)
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
- Pediatric or autism experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
