Job Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disordersDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans for residentsCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive careMonitor and document resident progress and adjust treatment plans as neededEducate residents, families, and staff on therapy techniques and care plansMaintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelinesEnsure compliance with all safety, infection control, and HIPAA standardsParticipate in care planning meetings and required in-service trainings Qualifications: Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in California (required)Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferredPrevious experience in a skilled nursing facility preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment Why Join Us?
