Speech Therapist (SLP)

About the role

Provide direct speech and language therapy to children with autism and developmental delays
Complete evaluations, create treatment plans, and document according to state and insurance standards
Collaborate closely with BCBAs, RBTs, families, and other clinicians
Participate in team meetings to support coordinated care
Offer parent training and communicate progress regularly

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Ohio Speech Therapist (SLP) license (or eligibility)
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
• Pediatric or autism experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills

$50–$65 per hour (based on experience)
