Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one speech therapy services in the home setting
- Address communication, language, social, and functional speech goals
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and session notes
- Collaborate with family members, support staff, and interdisciplinary team members
Qualifications
- Current New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- Experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to the client's home
- Ability to work independently while providing high-quality, person-centered care
