About the role
Deliver in-home therapy services to patients with hearing, swallowing, and language impairments. Educate caregivers and family members to support patient progress.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate speech and language abilities
- Plan and provide rehabilitative services
- Select diagnostic and therapeutic techniques
- Maintain detailed clinical records
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology/Speech Therapy
- Current unrestricted SLP license in the relevant state
- CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation
- At least one year of professional experience in a home health or similar setting
