Speech Therapist (PRN)

About the Role

Provide in-home assessment and treatment for patients with hearing, swallowing, and language impairments. Develop and implement rehabilitative services, document treatment progress, and educate caregivers and family members to support patient improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered speech and language therapy services
• Perform evaluations, create treatment plans, and administer diagnostic and therapeutic techniques
• Maintain accurate clinical records and progress notes
• Educate caregivers and family members on supporting patient needs

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Speech Therapy
• Current unrestricted state licensure as an SLP
• CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
• At least one year of professional experience in a home health or similar setting
• Reliable transportation to care sites
