Role: Home Health Speech Therapist / Speech Language Pathologist (PRN) Responsibilities Assess and evaluate patient needs related to speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive impairmentsDevelop and implement treatment plans to improve patient communication and functional abilitiesPerform interventions, monitor progress, and adjust care as neededEvaluate patient function using diagnostic tests and assist in planning care with physiciansEducate patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members on therapy techniquesDocument patient responses and communicate changes to the healthcare teamProvide care in diverse home settings, respecting all patients regardless of background Qualifications & Skills Licensed in Speech Therapy in the state of residenceValid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transitPreferred: CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days), weekend availability Additional Information: Compensation ranges from $35.00 to $62.50 per hour, with benefits including a comprehensive package, incentives, 401k, and stock options.
