About the role

Responsibilities

- Provide individualized therapy sessions based on each child's needs. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans. - Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports. - Attend regular staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices. - Maintain a positive and supportive environment for both children and families.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or related field. - Valid state teaching license or certification. - Experience working with children with special needs preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
