Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients across all age groups.
- Implement and modify treatment programs for various diagnoses.
- Measure patient progress and adjust plans accordingly.
- Educate patients on therapy practices.
- Ensure safety by understanding hazards and precautions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s Degree in Speech and Language Pathology or related field.
- Current Florida license and ASHA Certification.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Good communication skills and proactive problem-solving approach.
- Knowledge of speech therapy procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
Preferred Experience & Education
- Experience with Video Swallow Studies, Speaking Valve, Voice Prosthesis, FEES.
- Less than one year of clinical experience, including fellowship.
