About the role

Join a caring healthcare team as a part-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) and make a positive impact on patients' lives by providing personalized speech, voice, language, hearing, and swallowing therapy in patients' homes or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients
• Develop and review care plans
• Administer diagnostic tests
• Monitor patient progress
• Train patients and families on communication strategies
• Coordinate care and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of speech therapy experience
• Current unrestricted license and CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
