Speech Therapist - Home Visits

Join a caring healthcare team as a part-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) and make a positive impact on patients' lives by providing personalized speech, voice, language, hearing, and swallowing therapy in patients' homes or facilities. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients,develop and review care plans,administer diagnostic tests,monitor patient progress,train patients and families on communication strategies,coordinate care and discharge planning, and maintain accurate documentation. Qualifications Include Minimum six months of speech therapy experience,Current unrestricted license and CPR certification,Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. **Preferred:** Home health experience.
