About the role
We are seeking a licensed Speech Therapist / Speech Language Pathologist to provide home health services.
Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patients' speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Deliver interventions to improve communication and functional abilities
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques
Requirements
- State licensure in speech therapy
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
