Speech Therapist Clinical Fellow - $5,000 Hiring Bonus

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapeutic evaluations, treatments, and interventions for children and families.
• Provide evaluations and re-evaluations as appropriate and within 30 days of Doctor's order and establish appropriate treatment goals.
• Provide therapeutic treatment according to the Doctor's orders.
• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress.
• Collaborates closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practitioners.
• Maintain clean equipment and in good repair.
• Communicate with funding sources as directed by the clinical accounts receivable staff to assure reimbursement of services being delivered.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Communication Disorders (Speech Pathology emphasis) or equivalent.
• Licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health (temporary license acceptable for Clinical Fellows).
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a DHS background check.

Pay

The pay for a Clinical Fellow is $65,000 annually. With the opportunity to earn up to an additional $20,000 in productivity bonuses, the total compensation can range from $65,000 to $85,000 annually. A $5,000 hiring bonus is also offered, contingent on performance.

Schedule

• Full time or Part-time, Monday through Friday, standard business hours.
