About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team at Stellar Health Group. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality speech therapy services to our patients in a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to patients, including evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation of individualized treatment plans
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner
• Participate in family conferences and education sessions to promote patient understanding and engagement
• Meet productivity and quality standards set by the facility and regulatory agencies

Requirements

• Current VT State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation systems
