Responsibilities

• Deliver effective and efficient rehabilitation services, designing and executing individualized treatment plans to address speech, communication, and swallowing disorders or deficits.
• Address the whole patient as an individual, restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing their speech and communication abilities.
• Adapt to the needs of diverse patients and settings, finding joy in the variety of daily work.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
• Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.
• Perform related tasks such as cleaning equipment, attending meetings, and documenting progress.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders, or a similarly-titled area consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• A Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or eligibility to participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow. Candidates eligible to obtain the Certificate of Clinical Competence are also accepted.
• Licensed, certified, or credentialed as required in the state of practice.

Pay

Posted Salary Range: USD $45.00 - USD $50.00 per hour.
