Responsibilities

• Help patients communicate, swallow, and work to diminish or remediate disorders or deficits.
• Take responsibility for the effective and efficient delivery of rehab services.
• Design the plan and work with patients to execute those plans.
• Address the whole patient as an individual and design a program that will restore, reinforce, and enhance their speech and communication abilities.
• Adapt to the needs of the patient and find joy in the variety of the work and settings.
• Handle tasks from cleaning equipment to reporting to meetings.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to help patients get the care they need to thrive.
• Train patients and caregivers on the skills they need to promote independence and productivity.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly-titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice.

Pay

• USD $39.00 - USD $48.00 /Hr.
• Bonus: USD $10,000.00
