Responsibilities

• Help patients regain communication and swallowing abilities by designing and executing individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver effective and efficient rehabilitation services, addressing speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Assess and treat patients as whole individuals, tailoring programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance their speech and communication skills.
• Adapt to diverse patient needs and work settings, maintaining flexibility and enthusiasm for varied daily tasks.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques and strategies to promote independence and productivity.
• Perform administrative tasks such as cleaning equipment, reporting, and attending meetings.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders, or a similarly-titled area consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
• Licensed, certified, or credentialed as required in the state of practice.

Pay

Posted Salary Range: USD $38.00 - USD $43.00 per hour.
