About the role

Pro Rehab, an established Rehab company with over 35 years of successful business, is looking for a Speech Therapist to join our staff at Fargo Elim, in Fargo, ND.

Responsibilities

Assess & Diagnose Communication Disorders: Evaluate patient needs and deficits such as but not limited to: patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing difficulties.
Develop & Implement Treatment Plans: Create personalized therapy programs to improve the functional deficits of the patient.
Provide Speech & Language Therapy: Conduct exercises and interventions to improve communication and speech abilities.
Educate & Support Patients & Families: Teach strategies for effective communication and techniques to improve daily life.
Monitor Progress & Adjust Treatment: Track patient improvements, document progress, and modify therapy plans as needed.
Collaborate with Healthcare & Education Teams: Work with doctors, teachers, and therapists to ensure comprehensive support for patients.

Requirements

Must be a graduate from an Accredited Speech Therapy Program and have a bachelor’s degree.
Must possess a current accredited ND Speech Therapist License.
Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations.
