About the role

Provide home-based speech and language services to pediatric and adult patients.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to identify communication, cognition, and swallowing needs.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy aimed at improving communication skills, cognitive function, and swallowing ability.
• Collaborate with families, nurses, and clinicians to coordinate care, document progress, and modify goals as needed.
