Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a passionate Communication Champion to help us grow our brand-new Arizona Sunrays Speech Therapy program. Your Mission (Responsibilities)

• Inspire Growth: Provide high-quality speech therapy services that help kids and teens find their confidence.
• Dig In: Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans that meet every child where they are.
• Connect: Deliver engaging therapy sessions and communicate progress with our wonderful Sunrays families.
• Owain It: Maintain accurate documentation using EMR technology and help us build a program we can all be proud of.
• Collaborate: Contribute your ideas and expertise to help our new therapy program reach its full potential.

The Essentials (Requirements)

• Credentials: Current AZ State SLP License and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Experience: Multiple years of clinical experience with pediatric and adolescent populations.
• Skills: Strong clinical skills in assessment and diagnosis, plus proficiency with EMR systems (like Fusion).
