• Proficient in conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and evaluating client progress.
• Able to educate caregivers and family members on patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to clients.
• Offer feedback to families and other team members.
• Conduct assessments of clients and develop and follow treatment plans.
• Assess home and school environments of clients and make necessary adjustments.
• Evaluate the results and progress of speech therapy on clients.
• Maintain professional knowledge and stay updated on the latest treatment practices and speech therapy programs.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in speech-language pathology or communication disorders from a program accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation.
• Completion of a clinical practicum.
• Completion of a 36-week clinical experience with a mentor.
• Passage of a national exam approved by the Board of Examiners.
• Passage of a Montana jurisprudence exam.
• ASHA Certification compliant with state healthcare regulatory requirements.

About the Role

Advanced Therapy Clinic provides various therapies including ABA, ST, OT, PT, Nutrition, and Counseling to children with disabilities or delays. We aim to expand our services to serve more clients while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.
