Position Overview Provides objective assessments and develops comprehensive, individualized treatment programs for patients in accordance with departmental policies and referral procedures. Requirements Education: Master's Degree in Speech/Language PathologyLicensure: Current or provisional Speech Language Pathologist license in the applicable stateCertifications: Certification from the American Speech and Hearing Association within 1 year of hire; BLS certified; certifications must be current before independent patient careExperience: Preferred one year of relevant experience; experience caring for patients of all ages is advantageousSkills: Ability to respond effectively to emergency situations Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring adherence to departmental policies and standards.
