About the role

The Speech Pathologist will apply principles, methods, and procedures for the prevention, identification, evaluation, treatment, consultation, habilitation, rehabilitation, instruction, and research, relative to the development and disorders of human communication; to related oral and pharyngeal competencies; and to behavior related to disorders of human communication.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to identify the level of acuity of illness and plan their treatment programs.
• Implement and direct the treatment programs.

Requirements

• Current Florida Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience.

License and Certifications

• BLS: Basic Life Support.
