Speech Pathologist Clinical Fellowship

About the role

Stellar Therapy Services is a therapist-owned and operated company dedicated to providing high-quality therapy services to schools and educational communities. We foster a collaborative, supportive environment where new graduates can complete their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) under the supervision of experienced licensed SLPs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments with CFY supervision.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals under guidance.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Document student progress accurately under supervision.
• Participate in IEP meetings while receiving mentorship on professional best practices.
• Regularly meet with your supervising SLP for feedback, case discussions, and professional development.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Eligible for SLP licensure in the state of practice (or ability to obtain before start date).
• ASHA CFY candidates welcome.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Passion for working with children and helping them achieve their fullest potential.
