Speech Pathologist

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients through formal and informal assessments to determine speech, language, cognition, voice, and dysphagia needs.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.
• Provide direct therapy using various strategies in different settings.
• Coordinate care by communicating effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Document evaluation results, treatment plans, progress notes, and reports.
• Participate in program development, clinical supervision, and educational activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active CCC-SLP from ASHA or licensed in the state of practice.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse age groups, from infants to geriatrics.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
