Speech Pathologist Role Overview
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients' speech and communication needs
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Modify therapy plans as necessary based on patient progress
- Track and document patient progress accurately
- Celebrate patient achievements and milestones
Requirements
- Current licensure or certification per state regulations
- Successful completion of CCC
- CPR certification (obtain within 30 days)
- Relevant degree—master’s preferred or Bachelor’s with field experience
