Speech Language Therapist

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat adults with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing setting.
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy aimed at enhancing recovery, safety, and quality of life.
• Document client progress and educate families and staff.
• Collaborate within a resident-centered, interdisciplinary team to ensure person-centered care focused on dignity and compassion.

Qualifications & Skills

• Relevant licensure and credentials in speech-language pathology.
• Strong clinical skills in speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorder management.
