Speech Language Specialist

About the role

We are seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to join our compassionate and supportive team at Y.A.L.E. School. Our mission is to provide a positive learning environment for students with disabilities, aged 3 to 21, who require specialized educational settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct push-in and pull-out services
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective strategies
• Support students in achieving their educational goals within a specialized setting

Requirements

• Hold a Standard NJ Certificate as a Speech-Language Pathologist

Qualifications

• Experience working with students with disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Knowledge of speech-language pathology principles and practices
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs

Schedule

Hours are 8am-3:30pm for a 37.5 hour work week
