Speech Language Pathology Assistant (School Services) - $44 per hour

About the role

Supplemental Health Care is a national hiring partner for schools across the United States, working with districts in more than 24 states to place school professionals. This assignment is for a school‑based Speech‑Language Pathology Assistant with a local contract in Montgomery, Texas. The position starts ASAP, lasts 13 weeks, and requires 40 hours per week (8‑hour day shifts).

Responsibilities

• Assist the supervising SLP‑CCC with evaluations and screenings.
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) developed and directed by the supervising SLP.
• Provide direct therapy services addressing treatment goals set by the supervising SLP to meet student needs.
• Collect data, document student performance, and report information in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Active Texas SLPA license (if required by the state).
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• At least one year of recent relevant experience preferred.
• School‑based experience preferred but not required.

Pay

$41.10 – $44.25 per hour. Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
