About the role

The role is responsible for managing the company's social media presence and engaging with customers through various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and post content that aligns with the company’s brand voice and objectives.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms.
  • Analyze social media metrics to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media management or similar field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social.

Qualifications

  • Experience with SEO and content optimization.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
