Encompass Health seeks a caring, team-oriented Speech Pathologist to provide evidence-based communication and swallowing therapy in our inpatient rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate adult patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver one-on-one and group therapy
• Document progress using EMR systems
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to promote functional recovery and safe discharge planning
